Lost or Damaged Cards

We can search our National Database for your name, please call us toll free at 1-866-688-2628 or email us at info@boaterexam.com with the following information:

Name, date of birth, address, telephone number. If you recall your Boater ID # please include that too.

If your card is damaged or you have any proof of passing your test previously (such as a temporary card or receipt), please fax a copy of it to 1-866-216-7793 or scan and email a copy to info@boaterexam.com. Be sure to include your full name, date of birth, address, and telephone number. You can then call us to make payment by phone with a credit card.

The cost for replacement cards are as follows:

1 for $19.95 +GST
3 for $35 taxes included
5 for $50 taxes included

We encourage you to have several cards; keep a card in your wallet, tackle box, in each of your boats, and in your vehicle. Don’t risk fines of $250 if caught without the card, you must have it on board with you.
