Lost or Damaged Boater Education Cards

If your Colorado Boating Safety Certificate is lost or damaged, please contact the Colorado Department of Natural Resources Division of Parks & Outdoor Recreation at (303) 791-1954.

If your BoaterExam Boater Education Card is lost or damaged, please contact BoaterExam directly at (866) 764-2628.

Faulty cards will be replaced at no charge (you must return your old card).

Lost or damaged cards will be replaced for a $9.95 fee.
