Lost or Damaged Boating Safety Education Certificates

If your Pennsylvania Boating Safety Education Certificate is either lost or damaged and you would like to order a replacement simply fill out and submit an 'Application for Duplicate Boating Safety Education Certificate' along with a check or money order for $5 to the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission.
