Customer Service Center
Our customer service center is open 7 days per week from 9AM - MIDNIGHT* during the
week and 9AM - MIDNIGHT* during the weekend. Customers can call Toll Free or e-mail
for an immediate response. We recognize the importance of having a live person at
the other end of a web site to answer any customer inquiries or technical problems
that may occur. 78% of our customers take their exam in the evenings or weekends,
and so the need for support beyond regular office hours is evident.
